Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
Product Condition:
- Products must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
- All original packaging, tags, and manuals must be intact and included with your return.
Return Timeframe:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your product. After 30 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Some items, such as custom orders or perishable goods, are non-returnable. Please check the product details to confirm if it qualifies for a return.
How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
- Send an email to returns@cannagrowsolutions.com with your order number and a brief explanation of why you are requesting a return.
- Alternatively, you can fill out the Contact Form on our website, and our support team will get in touch with you.
Return Instructions:
- Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions, including a return authorization number (RA#) and the address for returning the item(s).
Prepare the Return:
- Package your items securely to prevent damage during the return shipping process. Be sure to include all original packaging and documentation.
Ship the Return:
- Ship the returned product(s) to the address provided. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed.
Restocking Fees:
- In some cases, a restocking fee may apply for certain items. This will be communicated to you upon return request.
Partial Refunds:
- If the product is returned in a used or damaged condition, we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the returned item.
Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange an item for a different product, please contact us directly at returns@cannagrowsolutions.com to begin the exchange process. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the new item unless the exchange is due to our error.
Damaged or Defective Products:
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at returns@cannagrowsolutions.com with pictures of the damaged items and packaging. We will promptly assist with a return, exchange, or refund at no additional cost to you.
Shipping Errors:
In the event of a shipping error (such as receiving the wrong item), please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will correct the issue and cover the cost of return shipping.
